Marilyn Riley, Realtor®, has been in Real Estate 13+ years in the Charlottesville, VA area.  Before Real Estate, Marilyn had a twenty four year career with USAir Airlines as a manager in finance.  She is a Certified Residential Specials (CRS) and Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI).  She has received many honors including Top Agent, RE/MAX 100% Club and the Charlottesville Association of Realtors Honor Society. Marilyn has been active in the community as President of her Home Owners Association and worked with Meals on Wheels and Hospice.

 

 

Carolyn S. Parkinson has been in Real Estate for over 8 years. She started in Sacramento,CA and moved to Virginia to join her sister Marilyn, to become part of The Riley Team. Before Real Estate, Carolyn was a teacher, author and Publisher. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Carolyn has been active in her communities by serving on local school boards of education, private school boards, church committees and a scout leader.

 

Kylene Riley is licensed and has been our Office Manager for 3+ years.  She is key in helping to keep things running smoothly and on time.  You will have an opportunity to get to know her when she takes pictures of your home and manages your paper work.

 

Another important member of our team is Tim Riley.  Tim is licensed and has been part of the team for 6+ years and is great at networking, helping with Open Houses and showing our listings.
